Heartburn Case #3

OB is a 68 yo AAF who presents to the pharmacy on November 1^st asking for a recommendation for her 12 yo granddaughter who is complaining of severe stomach pain. She describes the pain “like her tummy is all burning” and that she thinks she can taste something in the back of her throat. She does not have any other symptoms such as fever or other body ache.
