Heartburn Case #2

DK is a 61 yo WM who comes into the pharmacy complaining of occasional heartburn (about 3 days per month) that occurs mainly after eating at his favorite Mexican restaurant. He says that it usually feels like tightness in his stomach and a burning in his chest. The burning gets worse when he goes to bed.

Ht.: 5’9” Wt: 215lbs

He has tried Pepto-Bismol before but states that it gave him minimal relief if any.
