Governor Mike Beebe was the speaker at a recent Academy of Student Pharmacists meeting that was underwritten by our Alumni Association. Prior to addressing the students, the Governor was presented with a print from the Alumni Association that was donated by the Arkansas Pharmacists Association. Dr. Paul Holifield ’84/’95 APA president-elect, and Debra Wolfe, director of public affairs for the APA, presented Beebe with the print. Welcome to the new and updated Alumni Association web site! The Association Board requested an updated site, and we are providing it! I hope you are pleased with the changes you’ll see. Please check more often and you’ll continue to see improvements to the site, more photos, more news, and more ways to be involved in the College and UAMS.

The results of our recent alumni survey are on the alumni website click here for results. Also, we’ve been invited by the College of Medicine to participate in its UAMS alumni travel program and for information trips to France, Ireland, Germany, and Italy, see http://www.uams.edu/com/alumni/.
